Founded by a gentleman by the name of Dean. Tough continues to out shine all it Cleaning and Painting competitors across the nation.
Dean was first introduced to the cleaning industry by his mother who had her own commercial cleaning franchise back in the beginning of 1992. Even though, their business partnership relationship didn’t go too fur due to circumstances. Later that same year he moved on to start his own. He named it Tough. Tough was a nick name his friends nick named him due to his endurance and persistence when it comes to doing or handling things. He was known to go above and beyond when it came to doing things - and this can be literally anything! He picked the name Tough because he wanted this name to represent the tough services he would or will be providing. He knew for a fact that once he got in it he would give it all of him - his heart, sole, and dedication and drive it to the max.
So when he got started, he had one thing in mind achieving his goal - of making his two affiliates (CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES) HAPPY, SATIFIED, AND SERCURED. He new he was going on a very hard, bumpy and rocky mission of concurring his dream. He also new his ticket to success were these two. Focusing on making a profit was second on Dean’s mind, though it known that we all go in business to profit but with him, he prefer pleasing his people (affiliates) first. Simply because a satisfied, happy, and clear mind is more productive than that of ……. He was once asked why he believes in this kind of policy and his answer was, “If I invest my time, training, and knowledge in a promising employ they will take that out in the field and put it to good use on a customer and as a result the customer will be happy and the employ will also be happy that they have made a customer happy and as a result they are 99.99% guaranteed work and I the business owner will be 99.99% guaranteed business.”
Up to present Tough continues to follow this policy and even looking for means and ways to make it even better. Like for instance, every year Tough reinvents its services that invented it, by examining our un happy affiliates and then forward on to the next …….
